My work over the past 4 years at OKX has spanned both sides of the product ecosystem, owning content strategy all the way from initial product planning through launch.

On the technical side, I specialize in breaking down complex mechanics such as on-chain decentralized asset trading and automated yield optimization features into intuitive retail interfaces. On the core consumer side, I've shipped high-traffic retail experiences from scratch, including comprehensive identity verification (KYC) revamps, regional fiat banking rails and the 0-to-1 design phase and launch of OKX Pay.

Beyond user-facing screens, I focus on optimizing internal team workflows and design tooling logic. I co-created and led an internal content string manager ambassador program, writing the foundational PRD to streamline our global localization platform and fix direct platform pain points for the broader content design team. I also look for practical ways to integrate AI workflows into systemic copy tasks, ensuring content keys scale cleanly across international markets.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy collecting (and sometimes watching) physical media, gaming, traveling and keeping up with the latest news and trends across tech, crypto and AI.
